About us

Hello

Hello

Hello and welcome, I’m Glenda Shawley and for the last 22 years I have been helping people to start and grow a small business. I have worked with restaurant owners, retailers, coaches, consultants, estate agents, artists, therapists, personal trainers, theatre schools, caterers, bakers, dress makers, designers, builders, painters and decorators and even a crane operations safety consultant. My clients are people like you. People who own small and micro businesses. Many are solopreneurs, they don’t have big teams to get things done.

Whilst every business is different and every owner unique there are some common issues which raise their head time and time again:

  • Lack of time
  • Too many ideas
  • Lack of focus
  • Problems prioritising
  • Lack of money.

I know the problems. I’m a mother of two (now) young adults. I am a wife. I am the Chair of Governors at a large primary school. I have hobbies and interests and like the occasional holiday! I know how difficult it can be to develop a business whilst still meeting customer priorities.

Plan for Results is my answer for owners of small and micro businesses and potential start ups to get the support and focus they need at a time, place and budget to suit themselves. I’ve used my experience from working with hundreds of clients, from training programmes and from customer research to put together a membership offer which will help you to get the right things done and make the next 12 months your best yet.
